Been through your site.I'm the founder of openclass network with the vision of supporting open education along the west african coast.The website is under reconstruction now. I'm developing elearning platform for secondary education for the nigerian government and ECOWAS. connectivity is crucial to the success of this project.while it is easy to want to work with existing telcos like MTN, i want someone else to come up with ways to deploy elearning in practical ways peculiar to the nigerian/west african environment.
